ATTENTION TO OUR STUDENTS WHO WILL BE DOING SUMMER CLINICAL PRACTIC
Students Participating in the National Internship Program (HEM220 Summer Clinical Practice I and HEM320 Summer Clinical Practice II)
Students participating in the National Internship Program (Summer Clinical Practice I and II) are required to complete 30 working days of clinical/field practice for Summer Clinical Practice I and 30 working days for Summer Clinical Practice II. If they are not assigned 30 working days of practice, they must complete the remaining 30 working days by completing their clinical/field practice at the institution where they are currently doing their practice or at an institution they have an agreement with.
Students Not Assigned to the National Internship Program (HEM220 Summer Clinical Practice I and HEM320 Summer Clinical Practice II)
Students not assigned to the National Internship Program (including those over 35 years of age and international students) who wish to complete Summer Clinical Practice I and II at a hospital/institution in their hometown are required to complete 30 working days of clinical/field practice.
Students who will be doing HEM220 Summer Clinical Practice I and HEM320 Summer Clinical Practice II in Çankırı
Students who wish to do Summer Clinical Practice I and II in Çankırı (including international students and those over 35 years of age) should contact the training unit of the institutions affiliated with the Çankırı Provincial Health Directorate to arrange the required documents and must complete 30 working days of clinical/field practice.
Required Documents
- SBF-FR-54 Compulsory Summer Internship - Summer Clinical Practice Application Form (One copy will be given to the institution where the practice will be done, and one copy to the advisor)
- SBF-FR-52 Workplace Acceptance and Vocational Training, Practice and Compulsory Summer Internship Contract Form (To be completed if requested by the institution).
- Other documents requested by the institution

- Attendance Sheet (No absences allowed)
- HEM220 Summer Clinical Practice I Skills Report Card
- HEM320 Summer Clinical Practice II Skills Report Card
NOTE: Students who wish to attend summer school can do so as long as it does not conflict with their summer clinical practice dates.
