Purpose of the Training Program 2: He/she can provide care by using her knowledge and skills in nursing education, management, practice, consultancy and research at the national as well as international level.

Achievement indicator 2: It is aimed for 5% of graduate nurses to participate in the course/training/certificate program.

Purpose of the Training Program 3: He/she continues his academic, professional and personal development with his/her researcher, entrepreneur, problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills.

Achievement indicator 3: It is expected that 3% of graduate nurses will pursue postgraduate education after graduation.
