About Us

Our Center, in line with the principles of the First Aid Regulation, has been approved by the Ministry of Health for its adequacy and competence in terms of physical space, training staff, and training materials. It received a certificate of conformity on November 31, 2018. The primary purpose of our First Aid Center is to train trainers, while basic first aid training is another objective.

Our training staff is supported by faculty members from our university`s Faculty of Health Sciences. A "First Aid Trainer" guide prepared by the training staff is provided to all participants.

Our Center believes in the importance of human life and recognizes the importance of proper and effective first aid in accidents that negatively impact quality of life. The features of the training provided by our Center are listed below.

First aid interventions are taught through visual, verbal, and practical applications, ensuring skills and attitudes.

Participants are administered skill, knowledge, and attitude tests before and after the course, and the training is organized and evaluated based on the results.

In trainings, p. Point-of-view presentation techniques, slides, acetate sheets, video monitor models, and animation techniques are used.
Scenario work is conducted in real-life locations.
Participants are provided with written materials related to the training topics.
Unexpected accidents, which we all encounter, are a part of our lives. With simple but correct interventions, we can save lives or prevent injuries.

The information we receive from training centers and the correct behaviors we acquire will not only enhance our personalities but also provide significant services for humanity.

* Legal Regulations Regarding First Aid Training

Basic First Aid Training: All institutions and organizations are required to have at least one first aider certified in Basic First Aid training from an authorized center. This regulation requires one first aider for every 20 employees employed, and one for every 10 employees in workplaces designated as heavy and hazardous work according to relevant legislation.

FIRST AID TRAINING

This is essential training for ensuring the survival and prevention of potential injuries for sick and injured individuals in need of emergency medical assistance at home, at work, and nearby, especially your family and colleagues, until emergency medical teams arrive and they are transported to a healthcare facility.

PRIMARY PURPOSES OF FIRST AID

To eliminate life-threatening situations

To ensure the maintenance of vital functions

To prevent the deterioration of the condition of the sick, injured, or accident victim

To facilitate recovery.

PROPER FIRST AID

A significant portion of permanent disabilities or deaths in our country result from incorrect and unconscious interventions during accidents or illnesses. Our center, in accordance with the principles set forth in the First Aid Regulation, was approved by the Ministry of Health for its adequacy and competence in terms of physical space, training staff, and training tools, and received a certificate of conformity on May 3, 2005. The primary purpose of our First Aid Center is to train trainers, and basic first aid training is another objective.
