ATTENTION STUDENTS!
Starting from the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year, graduating students are required to complete the following procedures through the Student Information System (ubys.karatekin.edu.tr):
They must submit their disenrollment request using the menus "Student System -> Student Information Screen -> Other -> Start Disenrollment Process".
After initiating the disenrollment process, the status of the application can be tracked through the Student Information Screen -> Other -> Disenrollment Process Tracking menus.
It is particularly important for graduating students coming from outside the city to complete the process in advance and check whether the process is complete before coming to receive their diplomas, to avoid any problems.
